GENERAL

All orders are accepted by JJ Crafts are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. Stock quantities are for indicatative purposes and can not be guaranteed. If a product results in being out of stock at the time of dispatching an order the customer is entitled to choose another product to the same value, cancel the item or, where possible, we will back order the item for it to be sent at a later date.

PLEASE NOTE   THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE RESERVED FOR 36 HOURS AFTER CHECKING OUT, PENDING RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT. IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED AT THIS TIME THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WHEN CHOOSING TO MAKE PAYMENT BY POST THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE RESERVED FOR 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER CHECKING OUT, PENDING RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT. IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED AT THIS TIME THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.

Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail, Parcel Force service, which will be Standard post. The cost of postage will be variable on each item. Please check the costing in the Shopping cart for Postage costs. All items will be posted once the payment has been received and cleared.
Any order over £25.00 will be subject to free postage

RETURNS

Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENT

Payment for all goods is by Cheque, or Postal Orders, or by the Pay-Pal method  Cheque’s are subject to clearance before delivery. 
 
And all Cheques must be made payable to "Janet Duffy".
